Many thanks for taking the time to visit our assembly area for student web-pages.
With access to technology increasing there is enormous potential in using the Internet as a resource for presenting digital work samples. Teachers and students, alike, are finding it a place where work products can be shared with peers, professionals, family and community (local and global).
Used as a critical learning tool, the Internet provides an unprecendented access to school programs and is a forum in the celebration of learning. Students are highly engaged by technology and as the 21st Century confronts us, the sky is the limit.
Brunswick East Primary School prides itself on the development of digital work samples for students. This evolving collection is the culmination of an Action Research process by staff in achieving best practice implementation of ICT in the classroom. The fundamentals of this implementation are:
